Buibui is a tool for planning, scheduling and publishing social media posts, and for reading back how they performed. It is operated by Issabu Tech (Baraka Issabu). Using it means agreeing to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at mreflat@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.
You must be old enough to hold accounts on the social platforms you connect. Each of those platforms sets its own minimum age.
Your content stays yours
Everything you write and upload remains yours. You give Buibui permission to store it and to send it to the platforms you have connected, for the purpose of publishing what you asked it to publish. That permission exists so the service can do its job and for nothing else.
The platforms you connect
Connecting an account authorises Buibui to act on that account on your behalf, within the scopes shown in the consent dialog. You remain bound by each platform’s own terms, and you are responsible for what gets posted under your name. A platform can suspend or restrict your account for reasons that have nothing to do with Buibui, and Buibui cannot override that.
Platforms change their rules and their interfaces without notice. A feature that works today may stop working, and there may be no warning.
What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to publish.
- Use Buibui to send spam, to impersonate someone, or to break a platform’s terms.
- Attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or to disrupt the service for others.
This is early software
Buibui is provided as it is, with no warranty. There is no uptime guarantee, no guarantee that a scheduled post will publish, and no guarantee that a platform will accept it. It is operated by one person. Treat anything that matters as something to check rather than something to trust unattended.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Buibui is not a backup service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Issabu Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Buibui, including lost revenue, lost audience or a post that did not go out. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using Buibui at any time, and can ask for your account and data to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy. Access may be suspended if these terms are broken in a way that puts other users, the service, or a connected platform at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes belong to the Finnish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and anything that materially affects you will be told to you before it takes effect.
